Every FLWR. gift box is handcrafted to order and delivered throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Due to the bespoke nature of our gift boxes and the personalisation of selected items, orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice and cannot be dispatched on the same day. During checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred delivery date. While we always strive to deliver on your chosen day, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, courier logistics, order volume and seasonal demand. Please ensure all recipient and delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays. Most metropolitan Melbourne orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of being placed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied with its quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
