Orders

As flowers are a natural product, varieties, colours and sizes may vary depending on seasonal availability. Where substitutions are required, our florists will always select blooms or products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of your chosen gift box.
Personalised Products
Please carefully review all personalisation details before completing your purchase. Once production has commenced, personalised items cannot be amended or exchanged unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment
Payment must be received in full before your order is prepared. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout through our secure payment providers.
